What happens when I place an order?
Once you have placed an order and paid for it. You will then receive a confirmation of your order in your email (which you provided during the ordering process). At the same time, the order will be processed.
1. The store sends a collection request to the warehouse located in Spain. I myself am Finnish, my company, Time Vibe, Business ID 2878578-6, is registered and operates in Finland even though the main warehouse is in Spain.
2. The product is collected, packed and prepared for shipment.
3. The package is picked up and sent, and you will receive a tracking number for the package in your email.
4. The package is delivered according to the chosen method.

How long does it take to process an order?
When an order is placed, the processing time is usually 1-2 business days, after which the order is shipped.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on the delivery method, 4-7 business days, more precise time will be shown when you select the delivery method at checkout.

Can I return the product?
Yes, you can return an unused and resalable product within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact info@timevibe.fi if you wish to return the product and you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product by email.

What payment methods are accepted?
The most common credit and debit cards are accepted as payment methods, Apple and Google pay are also accepted. Stripe is the payment service provider and payment gateway. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@timevibe.fi. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note, however, that orders that have been processed or shipped may not be able to be changed.
