G-SHOCK DW-6900-1V is worn by Tom Cruise, as Ethan Hunt, in the Mission Impossible 2 directed by John Woo, on of my favourite action movie directors. I love all of the Mission Impossible movies with Tom Cruise and also a huge fan of G-SHOCK watches and when matching those two together when the G-SHOCK is worn by Ethan Hunt, just perfect!
Also, a lot of times or one could say most of the times when a watch is seen in a movie they are mainly expensive watches from James Bond often wears Omega and Rolexes, BUT I’m so happy that also in some of the Bond films 007 wears Seiko watches, which as the most iconic one is the Seiko 757 in Octopussy that from where the Casio has made the Casio Royale AE-1200.
Back to Mission Impossible and Tom Cruise wearing the G-SHOCK DW-6900-1V. I am more a fan of the square G-SHOCKS and the Casioak (the G-SHOCK 2100 series).
I wish more movies would use more affordable watches in them, like Casio, G-SHOCK and Seiko watches, so that anyone would be able to wear a cool movie watch!
The G-SHOCK DW-6900 series are affordable and most people will be able to stay cool with a Tom Cruise Mission Impossible watch!
