Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring the products to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.

Payment and payment methods

Timetibe.fi does not process or store credit card information itself.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. When the package arrives, always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We will show an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the preferred delivery method. You will see the delivery costs after you have selected the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight. You can choose the delivery method that best suits you at checkout, in which the delivery cost is shown.

Delivery time
Our delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. When an order is received, the processing time is usually 1-2 working days, after which the order is shipped. The delivery time after processing varies depending on the delivery method selected. The delivery time is displayed when you select the delivery method at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about any unusual delivery times on its website.

Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the last delivery of the goods or, in the case of downloadable products, from the date of receipt of the order. The condition for withdrawal is that the product is returned in a faultless and unopened condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous e-mail to info@timevibe.fi.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification of your withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have received back the product(s). We will reimburse you using the payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event without incurring any costs for the reimbursement.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have given us your notice of withdrawal. The deadline shall be met if you send back the goods before the expiry of that 14-day period.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unclaimed package

Unclaimed is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge you for any unclaimed package that has not been specifically cancelled.

Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to the email address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
