Time Vibe, a passion and a dream.

I’m Jari and I have been blessed to see the world and experience time stopping moments, from snowboarding on untouched snow in the Alps to surfing secret waves in Indonesia. Time is a concept of being present and also going forward, and ever since I was little watches have been a passion to me. They show me the time but also remind me that we have to live and enjoy our lives because time does not stop.

The love for watches started when I was around 9 years old. I got a watch as a present from my dad. Sadly I don’t have it anymore, it’s lost in time. And I don’t have any photos of me wearing it. But I have been able to narrow it down to either Casio AE-10W or the Casio AE-11W. I remember it was so cool with digital analog hands, a timer, a stopwatch.

Then jump forward a couple of years to the time when I bought a watch for the first time myself. This was when I was 14 years old. I bought a Timex. This watch I have in photos when I was 15 years old. This Timex also started the love for Divers’ watches with rotating bezels.

After the Timex I had a Swatch Scuba Diving. This watch I had for maany years, until I was 26 years old when I bought my first Tissot. Back to the Swatch, it was a colorful like Swatches typically are with the rotating bezel for diving. For some reason I loved this watch even if it was just a simple analog quartz watch. It was a fun colorful watch. I had this watch for a long time until as I said I bought a watch as a present for myself for succeeding in business, a Tissot T-Touch, a rare model of the T-Touches.
