The DWN-5600-9 is the yellow edition of G-SHOCK nano — a ring-sized recreation of the iconic DW-5600 shrunk to roughly one-tenth its original size. What Casio has achieved here borders on absurd: a fully functional G-SHOCK with shock resistance and 200-metre water resistance that fits on your finger and weighs just 6 grams. The yellow colourway references one of the three most popular finishes in DW-5600 history, giving the nano an unmistakable identity even at miniature scale.

Every detail of the full-size 5600 has been faithfully reproduced using advanced molding technology. The side buttons, buckle and stainless steel case back are not decorative — they are operational, controlling mode switching, the LED backlight and other functions through the three side buttons. The case is built from glass fibre-reinforced resin for strength, wrapped in a bio-based resin bezel and band that keep environmental impact low. The adjustable band fits circumferences from approximately 48 to 82 mm, meaning it works on fingers, but Casio actively encourages owners to find other ways to wear and carry it.

The 6-digit LCD displays hours, minutes and seconds and supports dual time, a 1/100-second stopwatch and an auto-calendar. A time flash function produces a soft, pulsing glow at a preset time or on the hour — intended as an emotive light effect rather than a traditional alarm tone. An LED backlight handles readability in the dark. Each G-SHOCK nano ships in collector-style packaging with a dedicated G-shaped silicone display stand, making it as much a collectible as a timepiece.
