The SSCU09J100 is the sunny yellow edition of Swatch’s SCUBAQUA collection — a diving watch inspired by the egg yolk jellyfish and built to carry the same warm, luminous energy on the wrist. Part of the original SCUBAQUA lineup, this is the colourway that radiates the most unapologetic summer character in the range: shiny transparent yellow biosourced material set against matte white Bioceramic in a combination that looks backlit even on an overcast day. At 44 mm wide and 15.4 mm thick with a lug-to-lug of 51.5 mm, it wears large and present but stays comfortable thanks to the lightweight Bioceramic and biosourced construction.

The case architecture splits between opaque matte white Bioceramic sections and shiny transparent yellow biosourced panels, creating a layered depth that shifts with the light and echoes the translucent dome of its jellyfish namesake. A shiny transparent yellow biosourced unidirectional bezel frames the dial with grey and white printed markings that glow in the dark, and the crown sits at 10 o’clock in matte white Bioceramic. Under the biosourced glass, the transparent yellow dial carries white printed indexes and grey printed numerals alongside yellow hour and minute hands and a grey seconds hand — all treated with a glow-in-the-dark effect for low-light legibility. The strap continues the two-tone theme in matte white and matte transparent yellow silicone, finished with a matte white loop and a shiny transparent yellow biosourced buckle.
