The Casio Edifice EFV-610D-1A is a mid-size analog chronograph designed around a cleaner, more modern take on the classic Edifice formula. Where the EFR-556 family leans into multi-layered, three-dimensional dials and heavy motorsport cues, the EFV-610 series takes a deliberately more minimal approach: a thin bezel, a wide uncluttered dial, simple baton markers, and a single sporty red second hand as the colour accent. The -1A is the base version of this design, rendered with a black dial, silver case and matching stainless steel bracelet — the most versatile configuration in the line.

The case measures 48.6 mm lug-to-lug, 43.8 mm wide and 11 mm thick in stainless steel, with a 21 mm lug width. Weight is a manageable 128 grams on the bracelet — comfortably mid-weight, slimmer and lighter than most large Edifice chronographs, which helps the watch sit flat on the wrist under a shirt cuff. A screw-lock caseback and 10 bar (100 m) water resistance make it properly practical for daily wear and occasional swimming, and a mineral crystal protects the dial.
